Historically underrepresented students in medicine are welcome to apply. Students must self-identify with one of the following categories. Pre-medical college through post-baccalaureate students are eligible to apply.

• Black, Hispanic/Latine, American Indian/Native American (including Alaskan or Hawaiian Native), and Pacific Islanders

• LGBTQIA+

• First-Generation, Low-Income

The early bird deadline is February 8, 2025. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Due to registration limits, we may not be able to accommodate everyone who wishes to attend. If selected, you will hear back from us at least a week prior to the conference with registration information.

Application information.

• Demographics: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, self-identification, financial demographics, and school information.

• Biography: please briefly tell us about yourself (minimum 3 sentences / maximum 200 words).

• Personal Statement: what would coming to this event mean to you and what would you like to get out of attending this conference? (minimum 5 sentences / maximum 350 words).

• Optional Statement: if you have additional information or feel there are extenuating circumstances you would like to share with us (i.e., portion of time spent unhoused or in foster care, etc.). Most individuals will not need to answer this question (minimum 3 sentences / maximum 250 words).

• Medical School Application: intended application type, year, and specialty interest.

• Pre-Health/Guidance Counselor Information: institution name and advisor contact information.
